I have many years of entrepreneurial and business leadership experience in commercial and residential real estate markets as well as in the construction and building industry. After spending ten years as the Zoning Administrator for the City of Homestead, Fl., I opened my own consulting firm which my partners and I successfully grew and operated for more than twenty years. In that same period of time I maintained an active Salespersons’ license in the Real Estate industry and helped my customers buy, sell, renovate, restore and rent residential as well as commercial properties. My past experience as a government employee, a business owner and a licensed real estate agent has enabled me to develop and implement my clients’ goals and strategies while working closely with my customers to deliver the services they need.
